Which is more important?
Since you share the SUn sign with everybody born in your month,
how could we make broad statements that fit everybody?
Actually the solar chart has almost
as much power as the chart calculated for your moment of birth.

The transits around the Sun define common and shared experiences
for all people everywhere.

To become more specific in analysis,
you go to the moment of birth,
calculate a chart based on the position of the planets
at that time of day
in your natal location
and then go deeper in understanding the transits at that point.

They are both considered in horoscope analysis

and both should always be considered..
