The Middle East: Not just a domestic disturbance

Its like hearing the next door neighbors constantly fighting and screaming, breaking dishes, throwing clothes out onto  the front lawn , every other day the police come.  And you feel terrible for the people; you’d like  to reach out and help, but you don’t really know the story, where and how it all started,  who’s at fault, how far back the hostility goes, who’s really the aggressor and who’s the victim. You just know that one of these days if somebody doesn’t intervene, and help these people live side by side, you’re liable to get drawn in anyway  and it’s bound to  get really bad.
